Permanent employment requires a genuine opportunity

EB-3 covers professionals, skilled workers and other workers. Most cases need a permanent full-time U.S. job offer and labor certification.

Professionals

Generally a qualifying bachelor’s degree.

Skilled workers

Generally at least two years of training or experience.

Other workers

Less than two years; own requirements apply.

Schedule A

Special procedures for certain occupations.

What to bring

Employer, position and minimum requirements, worker qualifications. Certain PERM costs cannot be shifted to the worker. We sell legal analysis, not a job or visa number.

Proposed legal fee

PERM $5,000–$8,000; I-140 $3,000–$5,000; Schedule A $5,000–$9,000. Government charges and screening are separate.

Is an employer’s promise enough?

No. The actual role, employer capacity, qualifications and filings must support the case.
